This cccessory features Accord's factory Immobilizer Theft-Deterrent System to prevent the vehicle from being started without its specially coded key. The key features are: 1. Door-ajar warning: If any door or trunk is not closed properly, horn will sound three times and the system will not arm; 2. Auto-relock function automatically relocks any door that has been unlocked within 30 seconds when no doors have been opened; 3. Welcome light: When vehicle is unlocked by remote, the interior dome light illuminates for safety (LX only); 4. Power interrupt protection: If system is armed and then battery is disconnected, when power is restored, system will be armed. Does not include Keyless Entry System. Also required Security System Attachment: 08E55-SDA-100A/B
